Tube Brush Range Extension Rods

UA1 – Universal Adaptor (BRASS) – female 3/4 inch to female 1/2 inch BSW (British Standard Whitworth fitting)

Connects our Chimney Rods to be suitable for our heavy duty Boiler Tube Brushes.  One end is 3/4 inch, the other 1/2 inch BSW fitting. Great for plumbing applications. Can also be used with our Timber File Handle for shorter applications.

UA3 – STEEL Adaptor – male 1/2 inch BSW to female 5/16 inch 

One end is 1/2 inch BSW Male, the other is 5/16 inch Female.  Use this Adaptor to connect our Condensor Tube Brushes to our 900mm (3 foot) Twist Wire Rods.

UA4 – STEEL Adaptor – male 5/16 inch to female 3/16 inch

One end is 5/16 inch Male, the other is 3/16 inch Female.  Use this adaptor with our smaller Condensor Tube brushes to use with our 1500mm Fibreglass Rods (this Rod is no longer available). Great for getting into those hard to reach machinery parts.

UA5 – STEEL DRILL Adaptor – male 3/4 inch adaptor for use in a power drill

Use this to connect our Tube Brushes and UA1 Brass Adaptor to use in a drill. Or for Professional Chimney Rods. Always use with a Power Drill on slow speed.

Chimney Plumbing Extension Poles – Heavy Duty for Industry

These Chimney Rods are made from heavy duty Polypropylene, with Brass end fittings.  High Quality, sourced from the UK, where they are widely used by Chimney Sweeps throughout the industry. These Rods are strong, but with flexibility to get around bends and into corners. Great for pipe cleaning work too.

Specifications:

• R900 – 3 foot (914mm) length, 3/4 inch (19mm) dia (MOST POPULAR)
• R9001 – 3 foot (914mm) length, 1 inch (25.4mm) dia
• R1830 – 6 foot (1830mm) length, 1 inch (25.4mm) dia (Obsolete product)

Note – you will need our Universal Adaptor (UA1) to attach brush heads to this rod.

This 900mm (3 foot) twist wire rod is manufactured with 9 gauge (3.55mm) galvanised wire.  With 1/2 inch BSW fittings is made to suit our range of standard Flue Brush Kits. Male & Female screw together fitting each end, to make longer length Flue Brush Kits. Ideal for home handyman flue and chimney cleaning.

This is a versatile rod that can also be used for Tube Brush Cleaning (made for manual use only, not recommend for use with drills or power tools).

We also have a range of Flexible Flue Brush Kits should your Flue or Chimney have corners or bends.

Please note that for our Coffee Roasters and Chimney Sweep Professional Flue Brush range we recommend using Polypropylene Chimney Rods (R900) .

BRASS Universal Adaptor 3/4″ to 1/2″ BSW thread

For use with our Busy Bee Brushware Professional Brush Range and R900 Professional Chimney and Plumbing Rods.

Brass Adaptor 1/2″ dia BSW end to 3/4″ dia (not BSW).

Can also be used with our Boiler Tube Brushes in STEEL or BRASS wire to connect to our R900 Rods
