Directions for use:

Use a metal scraper or rake to push the hot coals away from the area to be cleaned. Then use the oven brush to remove the fine dust or grit.  Easy to do when the pizza oven is cold, best to use the other tools to preserve the backing of the brush.  It is important to check your brush head regularly and replace when the bristles are starting to wear.

How to use our heat resistant firebrick mix

1. Empty whole contents of tub into plastic bucket.
2. Add water slowly, mixing with a trowel until a dry crumbly paste is obtained.
3. Add more water slowly until mix is a pliable ball.
4. On a clean flat surface mould to the size & shape brick required. Trim with a knife if necessary.
5. Clean area to be filled removing any loose material and dust. Then wet the area with water.
6. Place brick in firmly to take up vacant space.
7. Air dry for 24 hours. Then heat set with a small gentle fire. Your unit is then ready for normal use.
